The Study of Sabo and Flood Control for Western River Basins of Mt. Pinatubo Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Botolan, Zambales, Philippines 2003
The study involved the preparation of a sabo and flood control master plan (combinging structural, non-structural and community disaster prevention systems) for the western river basins of Mount Pinatubo. Priority projects such as the improvement of existing structures, warning and evacuation systems, forest management, agricultural development, rehabilitation of roads and support for the Aeta people were likewise proposed.
